You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction, to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 新プル Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules. You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or operation of the App.

新プル Booth offers optional premium features through the following purchase options, all processed through Apple's App Store:

Billing & Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The Monthly subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may be subject to change. Price changes will be notified in advance as required by Apple.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests may be submitted directly to Apple.

Your use of 新プル Booth is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail with respect to usage rights of the App as distributed through the App Store.

新プル Booth does not require account registration or user authentication. The App is designed for single-user, offline use. All data and subscription entitlements are managed locally on your device and tied to your Apple ID through Apple's native StoreKit systems.

新プル Booth does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All information generated through your use of the App remains exclusively on your device. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

All content, design, graphics, software, and other materials within the App are the exclusive property of 新プル Group or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license described in Section 2.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. 新プル GROUP HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE APP, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

新プル Booth does not collect, process, store, or transmit any data from your device — technical or otherwise. The App operates entirely offline and independently. No information is sent to 新プル Group or any third party at any time. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

The App may enable access to third-party services and websites ("External Services"). You agree to use the External Services at your sole risk. 新プル Group is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services and shall not be liable for any such services. You will not use the External Services in any manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of 新プル Group or any third party. External Services may not be available in all languages or in your home country. 新プル Group reserves the right to change, suspend, or remove access to any External Services at any time without notice.

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 新プル GROUP BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. IN NO EVENT SHALL 新プル GROUP'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS (USD $50.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You may not use or export the App except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App was obtained. In particular, the App may not be exported or re-exported into any U.S.-embargoed countries or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list, and that you will not use the App for any purposes prohibited by United States law.

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. If you are a citizen of any European Union country, the governing law and forum shall be the laws and courts of your usual place of residence.
